• Automated security vulnerability scanning
• Domain verification and ownership validation
• Security reports and recommendations
• API endpoint discovery and security assessment
• OWASP Top 10 vulnerability detection

Domain Verification and Scanning Authorization

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: You may only scan domains that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization from the domain owner. By using our scanning service, you warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the domain being scanned, OR
• You have explicit written permission from the domain owner to perform security testing
• You have completed our domain verification process for owned domains
• You will not scan third-party websites without proper authorization

Unauthorized scanning is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.IntelliScan reserves the right to suspend accounts that attempt unauthorized scanning.

Usage Limits and Plans

Service usage is subject to plan-based limitations:

• Free Plan: 1 security scan (lifetime)
• Pro Plan: 5 security scans per month
• Enterprise Plan: Custom limits as specified in your agreement

Scan results are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Usage limits reset monthly for subscription plans.

• You are responsible for verifying and acting upon scan findings
• IntelliScan is not liable for any security breaches that occur despite our scanning

Prohibited Use

The following uses of our service are strictly prohibited:

• Scanning websites without proper authorization
• Using scan results for malicious purposes
• Attempting to overload or disrupt our scanning infrastructure
• Sharing account credentials or transferring accounts without authorization
• Using the service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliScan shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our security scanning service
• Security vulnerabilities not detected by our scans
• Any actions taken based on scan results
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data or scan results

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval: Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and accredited security organizations. These organizations may link to our home page, publications, or other website information provided the link is not deceptive and fits within the context of the linking party's site.
